What are the requirements?+
Resellers: You have access to Kaufland sellers (network, blog, consulting, community). Agencies: You actively manage Kaufland accounts for your clients. There's no minimum — a short conversation before activation is enough.
How does the commission work?+
You get a personal referral link. For every seller who opens a paying account through your link, you receive a recurring commission. The exact rates are discussed personally — they depend on your reach and model.
What does the partner program cost?+
For resellers: nothing. You earn commission without paying yourself. For agencies: a license fee per client, cheaper than the regular Pro plan. Details are discussed in the conversation.
What data does an agency see?+
Read-only access to your clients' full dashboard — the same data the merchant sees. Each client is isolated (A can't see B). All access is logged (audit trail). GDPR-compliant.
How quickly will I be activated?+
Within 48 hours. We review every application personally and have a short conversation before activation.
Do you support white-labeling?+
Not yet — your clients see AfterCost branding. We're planning partner-branded reports for a later phase. Apply anyway — we'll note your interest.
What languages is the program available in?+
The partner page and dashboard are available in 7 languages: German, English, Czech, Polish, French, Italian, and Slovak — all Kaufland storefronts. Support is primarily in German and English.
Can I combine both types?+
Yes — you can refer sellers (reseller) and actively manage accounts (agency) at the same time. We'll discuss the terms together.
