A profit tracking tool for marketplace sellers. Currently with native Kaufland integration, more marketplaces planned. We calculate the true contribution margin per product after all fees, shipping costs, returns, and COGS — automatically, in near real-time.

You enter your API credentials once. AfterCost imports historical orders up to 24 months back, then subscribes to webhooks for updates every 5 minutes. Setup takes under 5 minutes.

Kaufland commissions per category, storage and payment fees, shipping costs (including carrier-specific rates), return costs including depreciation, packaging, VAT remittance, and your COGS.

No — and honestly, there's no trial period yet either: AfterCost is still being built and isn't publicly available. You can try the live demo with sample data (no sign-up required) and apply as a Founding Member: free until beta launch and 3 months beyond, then permanently 19 EUR/month instead of 33 EUR. The regular Pro plan will be 33 EUR/month (annual) or 39 EUR/month (monthly), cancel anytime.

All API credentials are encrypted with AES-256. Hosting runs on Supabase Postgres in Frankfurt (EU region). GDPR-compliant, no data leaves the EU.

Yes. The Pro plan allows up to 10 user accounts with roles (Owner, Editor, Viewer) and audit logs. Need more users? Enterprise is the way to go.
